Our meats come from family-run organic farms in aubrac and aveyron. We work directly with fishermen on the french atlantic coast to provide you with the freshest daily catch. Our vegetables are sourced as locally as possible. By favouring local rather than imported products, we work hard to reduce the carbon footprint of your menu. Additionally, our chef and pastry chef are pleased to offer you dishes and pastries that are all home made.
